At least 3 years working experience as Accounting Manager

Having working experience in Construction Company is an advantage
5.
Has knowledge in Accounting system and software, Tax and
Financial Analysis

SUMMARY

The Senior Accountant is responsible for preparing month-end journal
entries, preparing monthly GL account reconciliations, preparing
accruals and account analysis and reviewing operational P&Ls. In
addition, the Senior Accountant is responsible for producing accurate
and timely financial statements used to support external reporting
Executive Management and Operations. This position assists management
in monthly review and in the execution of their daily duties as well
as monthly and yearly closing processes. The Senior Account is based
at our Corporate Headquarters in Pekanbaru, Riau.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Train and mentors Staff Accountants and Clerks.

Reviews and approves Staff Accountant work.
*
Has complete ownership of assigned technical, high-level areas
of accounting.

Responsible for selected G/L account reconciliations and related analysis.

Performs monthly/quarterly close processes to include
investigative analysis of monthly/quarterly results.

Assists in the preparation of financial statements.

Acts as point of contact for field personnel to assist with
accounting related questions.

Works with external auditors related to assigned areas of
quarterly reviews and annual audits.

Works with internal and external auditors related to compliance
with internal controls.

Works with related departments on accounting matters.

Develops, maintains and ensures compliance with accounting
policies and procedures.

Perform special projects related to implementing new systems and
processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.

3-6 years experience in corporate accounting department or
public accounting firm.

Solid foundation in accounting principles and procedures.

Experience with large company ERP systems.
*
Thorough knowledge of business cycles and interaction between processes.
*
Experienced in preparing consolidated financial statements.

Proficient in Microsoft applications and possess strong
