    * Bachelor Degree from reputable university, majoring in Architecture/Interior design
    * Min 2 years experiences in same field
    * Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
    * Computer Literate (MS Office, Autocad 2D & 3D is a Plus)
    * Sales/target oriented
    * Talented, fast learner and team player
    * Fluent in written and spoken English
    * Dynamic, mature, responsible and self motivated
    * Ability to work under pressure
